John C. Cini, Chairman Emeritus, forms Cini-Grissom Associates with a fellow Marriott and Cornell alum, F. Dewayne Grissom.


Similarly, James H. Little, Principal, joins his father’s foodservice consultancy, Keith Little Associates Limited, originally established in Toronto in 1957.


Ronald P. Kooser, Principal, and William V. Eaton, Chairman of the Board, join Cini-Grissom in 1970 and 1971, respectively.


Cini•Little invests in a CAD system, becoming the first consulting firm in the industry to computerize.


Cini-Grissom, Inc. & LFL Consulting Group merge to form Cini-Little International, Inc


John Cini announces his retirement after 34 years as President and CEO. William V. Eaton becomes President and COO.


Ron Kooser assumes the role of President and COO.


William Eaton assumes the role of Chairman of the Board, John Cini serves as Chairman Emeritus, and Diane Dowling, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is elected to the Board of Directors.


Cini-Little launches in-house Revit services to serve our clients’ needs in the ever-changing technological landscape.

Theodore E. Farrand becomes President.


Ron Kooser announces his retirement but continues to offer design advisory services to our team members. Diane Dowling assumes the role of Chief Executive Officer and continues in her role as Chief Financial Officer as well.


Dick Eisenbarth is appointed President & COO and becomes a member of the Board of Directors.  William Eaton announces his retirement but continues to offer design advisory services to our team members.


Orlando Espinosa is appointed President and Chief Operating Officer.  Dick Eisenbarth transitions to the position of Vice President, Strategic Relations, to focus on the long-term growth of the company.
