- ½ Smoked Ham
- ¼ cup Whole dried cloves
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Apple Cider or Apple Juice
- 2 tbls. Dijon Mustard
- Score the ham in diagonal pattern, aprox. ½ inch deep
- Push whole cloves into the diamonds
- Mix ingredients for the glaze
- Bake the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees F, covered tightly in foil,
- With a small amount of water in bottom of pan
- Uncover, brush glaze over top and sides of ham,
- Return to oven for 20 minutes or until glaze is bubbly
